We do not sell or bill for Satellite TV plans directly. All plan activations, billing, and service charges related to actual TV service are processed by third-party providers. For this reason, we cannot issue refunds for any charges billed by them.
No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
If you subscribed to a plan or made a payment directly to a Satellite TV provider, their own refund and cancellation policies apply. Cable Value Hub does not manage or control third-party billing and cannot process refunds on their behalf.
In the rare event of an accidental or duplicate charge processed by our website, you may request an investigation. Verified errors will be refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellations are only eligible if our team has not yet started processing your request. Once your order has been assigned, reviewed, or submitted to a provider, it becomes non-refundable.
We do not guarantee approval for TV service activations. If a provider denies your request for eligibility or installation, we cannot issue a refund for services already rendered on our end.
